I'm banned for NO reason

Hello, i've grinded and reached faceit lvl 10 and i'm automatically muted even though i don't use chat nor speak and i'm banned for griefing in MM for no reason at all, i played 2 matches i perform well i'm banned for a week 2 times and today i played 1 game on inferno and i carry and i'm banned for griefing for another week how am i supposed to get EXP when i can't even play MM and people report for everything not just cheats but for GRIEF and my teammates actually commended me??

Based on its age, I do assume, your main has been banned or is on a griefing cooldown, which'd explain the usage of this, kinda brand new account of yours.

Smurfing is considered and seen as griefing, because you're abusing the way ranking system and ranks do work by playing against players, who're ranked lower than you are.

So, I do and must argue, the enemies didn't think, you were cheating - If that'd have been the case, you'd have been sent to Overwatch, and the reason behind your ban wouldn't be griefing, but cheating, and it'd be permanent.
In a way and sense, you're contradicting yourself.

Smurfing does ruin the fun of the other players, and is kinda unsportsmanlike, and therefore shall and is seen as griefing.

The game is good, the system is simply incorrectly implemented.
Although there're a lot of cheaters and most players are „rage cheaters“, the griefing bans are usually issued correctly.
Just like Overwatch bans, however, even there are some cases, when they do get issued incorrectly and ban a player, who shouldn't have been banned in the first place.

The overwhelming majority of banned players have deserved them and do deserve to be banned even on their alternative accounts.
The legit players do usually contact the support and try to solve it elsewhere, because they're aware, players can't solve their issues in most cases.

I've tried contacting support and they said this to me:
"Hi,

The warning you are seeing indicates an outstanding number of CS:GO players have reported you for griefing in-game. Continued reports will result in a competitive cooldown being applied to your account. These warnings are not issued lightly, cannot be abused, and are not issued in error.

We can only recommend modifying your behavior in-game to avoid griefing reports going forward. The CS:GO devs have designed this system so it cannot be exploited, meaning all reports you have received have been from real players.

I do not have much experience with CSGO etc but i have watched videos I still don't know much about smokes
The experience i have could come from other fps shooters and games, I do not mind the possibility I'm cheating, for that to be checked.

1 is average. You have 1.25. There aren't many people on faceit level 10 with 1.25 kd and most who have such good stats are absolute madlads playing for 8000+ hours who try really hard.

You have only 400 hours. No previous CS experience.

So I don't buy it at all. If I were not that lazy in that term I'd contact a faceit admin who would look into it but be happy that I'm not in the mood.

Either way. Whenever someone got muted for too many reports he was either toxic and/or cheating, this is something we noticed in the forum since the automute came out.

Edit: Reviewed your latest MM game, you don't even play like a faceit level 5 player, your movement and shooting mechanics are weird, you have no awareness what is going on. And you are level 10 with 1.25? Something is phishy.
