capped float in csgo?

I've found some skins that are capped like grand prix and man-o-war for negev gun. Why is that? What's the history of those guns and why there are no factory new of them? (no luck to get on on cases?), forbidden?, author desition?

No, each skin is created with it's own range of float, which are limit that cannot be reached.

The max is between 0 and 1, but for exemple fade knives cannot get more tahn 0.08, meaning they are all FN (0 up to 0.06) and very few in MW (0.06 to 0.08)
Meaning fade knives are FN or MW only

Yeah, might be steam's or valve's too when they put it in the case, but yes.
