I’ve used bitskins, skinport, and others but depending on your items best thing you can do is message a YouTuber / trusted big trader on twitter and have them buy your skins. They’ll tell you their percentage of buff they’ll pay if you like it take it if you don’t then find someone else I personally would sell my items to TDM Heyzeus as he answers quickly and has given me good prices in the past but just make sure whoever you talk to in known and has a good rep

I wouldn't use Skinport they take 12% cut from your sales its otrageous, high tier items only has a 6% fee but that only applies to items that cost more than 1500 CAD for you
the only other site i know is Skinbid their comission fees are only 5% and on top of that theres the payment fee which is 1.1% for europeans and 3% for anyone outside of europe

You can try and sell your skins to YouTubers, such as Anomaly, zipeL, HeyZeus, and many more.
Before you trade your valuable items, check if you have any API keys set up ( https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey ) and set your inventory to private.
Reason why you should check your API keys is because you can get API scammed, and reason why you should set your inventory to private is because of scammers that might want to scam you out of your precious items.

So I'm on the Skinport selling page and on there one of the important notes is: "The minimum payout limit is CA$20.00"

I'm just wondering what exactly do they mean by this?

Means that you have to cash our 20 CA$ minimum. Anything below that you can't withdraw.

The bite they take out of your payout makes it not viable at all >_< I am personally waiting for cs.money to open that venue, but its probably not happening because of money laundering. Just look at it as you have "free" games for a time :-P
