I need some help with this im trying to sell a cs skin but this keeps popping up and i setup the mobile app with the code i get every few minutes that keeps refreshing and i logged out of steam and back into it using the mobile authenticator but after like 4 days it stills says 7 days. Is it supposed to countdown the days? or will it just say 7 days up until the day i can trade? I cant tell if its working bc it just says 7 days even after several days.

The message you received isn't a timer itself. After the 7 days, you can list your item.
