Will Valve add the ESEA Ringer system into CSGO?

I played with the new changes, if a teammates leaves for unknown reasons. Adding money bonus does not really help. We lost 14-16, it seems very unfair for people who don't leave.

The big mystery for me is why valve do not bring into the game a "ringer" system like ESEA, if someone leaves the game is paused until a replacement comes in. This would solve all this nonsense to add/remove a bot or add/remove money bonus.

Just make the ringer system. Its not fair on us 4 to continue playing, as I experienced yesterday.

We could of surrendered, but harms our ranks when we have not done anything wrong.

Please add the ringer system in Valve.

They get a cut from everything sold on Steam Market, not like they dont have enough money?

The problem with that is the trolls will use it to kick bottom fraggers and just hope they get someone better. Not only would this be so disruptive to MM but it's just asking for even more toxicity in an already super toxic game. Valve made the right move removing bots, it's a competitive game with real people, not where people can kick a bottom fragger halfway through and then have a bot to control in every round, giving an unfair advantage of two lives to a team per round. No other competitive FPS does this, if you're having problems with people staying in a Competitive match, find a group to queue with, play with friends, or find a team with like-minded people.

Not many people play ESEA as much as Faceit or even regular MM.

It would be good if it was add though and that if you wanted to be a ringer to thrown into a middle of the match you get extra reward somehow.
