Now... when i run the CSGO, the exe process is added to the task manager under "Steam Client Bootstrapper", and after a few seconds, "Windows Problem Reporting" appears in the same list, then 2 seconds later the CSGO exe has the word "Suspended" next to it, meaning the process was interrupted and stopped.
as you can see here " https://prnt.sc/qamu35 "
So... This may have to do with something IN WINDOWS ITSELF that SUSPENDS the CSGO process for some reason or another.
OR that csgo.exe is crashing, therefore the "Windows Problem Reporting" was triggered, which then suspended the game process.
Either way I don't know how to fix this, though I just found this out right now, so i'll be looking at ways relevant to this and how to fix it.
Edit1: just to clarify, when this happens, there are no errors messages regarding any crashes or errors appear to me, so it's not so obvious right away.
Any fix? I am having the same issue... tried everything, even a fresh install of windows and all drivers and steam and games... still get this issue
Hey, Yeah i found out what was the problem, apparently the windows version installed was the problem, I had formatted my drive and installed a new windows, that version that i have installed apparently might have had some packages that were not there, therefore many apps didn't run for me.
So i had to install a different windows version, so i installed an older windows version, and the game worked. (Though to be fair all my games are quite a little slower in regards to FPS, it's probably again because the version of windows i have)
TL;DR
If you try all the possible fixes I have done in this thread ( https://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/1741136244275749292/ )
And non of them worked, that's when you'd have to look for a different and perhaps old windows (2017 or 2018) version and install it on your device.
If you have a genuine windows version, a factory reset (Windows reset) should fix the problem.
To my stupidity however, I should have done a factory reset cuz i had an original genuine windows version, but instead i completely deleted it and installed the version of windows that caused all this fuss.
So don't do the same mistake.
"UPDATE YOUR BIOS".
