Do i have to wait for the trade cooldown so that my skins in skin baron can be sold?

i put some skins for sale in skin baron 2 days ago but nobody bought them yet, and they're at a good price, but they're still with the cooldown so i wonder if that's the problem

Pretty low amount of ppl actually buy items with cooldown on 3rd party site unless they are very significantly cheaper than skins without cooldown

But no, it dosent require the cooldown to be over for the skins to be bought there

Are they the lowest? If not, people won't buy them if they have trade lock.
