Until now it's only for Chinese to withdraw directly from it. Best thing I can think of is trying to contact zipel or anomaly or someone who's well known enough to feel a bit safe about it.

no option to cashout using buff but u can sell buff bal. to trusted traders(zipel, hoshby etc.).There are a lot of csgo buff bal traders on twitter.Find a person vouched for by another trusted person then go ahead with the deal :)
