Crosshair dot color

I am looking to set my crosshair to a green but i want to keep the blck dot. does anyone know of a command to change only the dot color?

Wait, let me get this straight, so you want the crosshair to be one color, along with a dot that is another color?

Correct. i still want the black dot so it isnt as intrussive.

Hmmmm... I don't think there is a command for that, and if there is, Im pretty sure a lot of people are unaware of it, including me and you. Also it would be pretty complex. Good luck finding it :/

Yeah that does not exist at the moment. That's a great idea to pitch to valve though.

I guess you could just use their support contact.

Old thread, but wanted to add my two cents. The best way i've found to change the dot color is with an on-screen crosshair, typically found with an LG Ultra gear Gaming monitor.
