Gut Knife Black Pearl?Help!

Guys this guy offere me a gut knife Doppler phase 3 Minimal wear and some skins and Stickers for my Karambit and im overpaying alot.


i inspected the guy's Doppler which has many black and cant see a bit of blue's

is this considered as blackpearl? i inspected some Phase 3 on the market but it has blue's on it.
Pls help
