Well, you moron, that site is a known scam site, what happened is that you aren't among the "lucky" people that are allowed to withdraw (never met anyone who could withdraw, but since people that never withdrew an item claim that they can, well I'll say it doesn't let "everyone" withdraw).

So yeah, what happened is you are basically using a known scam site.
