How do I point to a map with mouse wheel?

I can point to places like a weapon and the ground using my mousewheel, but how do I point to a spot on the map in the corner?

You can't (afaik). You always ping where your crosshair is.

I'm talking about that when you press your mouse wheel, you can point to a thing, for example a weapon on the ground for teammates to see. But how, for example if I play dust2, can I point to b site while I am at t spawn?

Middle mouse pings whatever you look at.
There's a ping wheel (I've bound it to Z) where you can ping bombsites without being there.
