No way to turn it off. Just lower the volume of the game while you browse youtube or whatever.

actually yes. you can ask any amateur - semi-pro - pro. if they play serious, they will always warm up instead of watching youtube. it's about beeing effective and focused, you know? and if you dont need to warm up, just turn down volume with a bind for the time of warmup and focus on youtube, where is the problem?

The problem is that every feature and mechanic in a game that doesn't fit one's expectation is a bug/glitch and needs to be fixed asap by the devs of the game that you paid $10 for years ago.

Yep just type this in your console. Or lower your headset volume in case you don't need sound for something else.

People who play mm serious warm up before they queue up for mm. It takes longer than these on average 2 minutes til it's starting. I know no one who takes that serious(with "know" I also speak about streamer/youtuber etc. I saw playing). Especially higher skilled player don't do that.

Yea I don’t like the new warmup either, why warm up with guns I’m not going to buy in the match. I’d rather spray a wall and peek the corners to refine timing.
