Chances of getting a case after a match?
I'm completely new to this game, or, in six year old language, I'm complete "dog water". I was told that I could sell cases on the market and that you randomly get cases after each game. What's the chance of me getting a case? Is there something I have to accomplish? If this is not the case (no pun intended), how do I get cases?

Just need to finish the match. There is a weekly drop limit through. So no not every game

You cannot get cases or drops till you buy the game. If you do, you will get a drop weekly. It is not always a case. It can be a graffiti ir bad skin.

If your account is new, you should make a purchase in steam, of about 5$ to unlock market and then only you can sell the cases. If you buy prime, you will unlock the market.

which he cant as hes not prime anyway

i think the point is that he does not have prime so cant get drops now
Nevermind. I was just iterating about the unlock of trading for selling the cases. If he/she buys prime they unlock the market.

but... wait. u want to play this game for drops/cases.. i dont think drops will pay the price of the prime soon...

cases drop randomly and are not related to rank up
I always felt, you get drops as you gain 5000xp. I will keep an eye from next week.
