To be honest, just go along with it, make it seem you believe them then just mislead the scammer with false information, waste their time cause their using their valuable resources and time to steal a Steam account from you. xD Fun Times..

Make sure the following:
- Sends an unknown link like e.g. Cs.moneyv2. Dumb crap like that have a check online and see it's address to make sure it's not like Beijing or Singapore.
- Don't reveal any information about yourself, instead make it up! I'm Jeff Bezo's Grandson so what was it you need from my inventory?
- Just ask yourself, are they mentally ok?

Or;

If they add you to buy your skins via paypal, ask them to send items for secure the payment.
They will send a crap or min value skin to you. Bc they think ‘yeah i got the fish’ and after getting the skin, thank him and block him.

So a scammer will caught on his own way
