Does the use of !ws and !knife plugin results in a VAC ban?

Hello everyone!

I’m planning to create a public CS:GO server with plugins like I mentioned in the title. Am I able to get any kind of ban for using them? Thanks your answer and help in advance!

The users risk nothing, outside restarting their game to play on VAC server.
The server owner risk a GLST ban

I have read some articles related to this topic and there were some forum where I read that Valve stopped banning GLST ids and these plugins are secure to use, That’s why I just asked here too in connection with the topic, because I wasn’t sure about the use of these plugins results in a Ban.

Yes, steam id you use to host server might get banned.
But not by VAC. It will be blocked from listing on community servers list.

Server owners can get a gslt ban, which bans them for 8 days from csgo but that's it. You can still create servers after that but only in LAN for friends.

If I host a server only for myself and I use the knife and ws plugin, still I’m able to get a ban?

I know I am 2 years late but no, you won't get banned if you only play by yourself, just make sure to not use the GSLT token in your server. Remove it from server.cfg or start.bat or any file that you have it saved in. If your server doesn't have a GSLT token then there is no change for your CS:GO server to get banned and you won't get any bans either.
