Hey there, Allie from Team Allstar here! Https:/Allstar.gg aka Allstar is indeed legit. We have thousands of users enjoying our app daily and have several official partners - including n0thing and GuardiaN.

I totally understand your safety concerns, however you don't sign into your steam account at all with Allstar. You only give Allstar access to Valve's match API so we can get your game history & make clips from it (more about this available on our website). The app is 100% fine to use on VAC secured servers, it is used by hundreds of gamers daily and nothing the app does interfaces with CSGO in a way that could possibly trigger a VAC ban.

Allstar's app is authenticode signed which follows Valve's specifications for compatibility with CS:GO's Trusted mode. Moreover, Allstar does not interfere with gameplay or interface with CS:GO in a malicious way.

Mostly, I enjoy connecting and chatting with everyone - it's the best way to learn honestly imho. I parse through several CSGO, Dota2, etc forums, not just on Steam.

I am always on the lookout to assist users interested in trying Allstar - not just because I work here, but because I love the app and our community.

And yes - they still play CSGO
