How do you hide/unhide your arms hands, and weapon?

I’ve noticed a ton of surf workshop maps auto hide your arms and hands. While some might like that clean look. I don’t, and I like to see my knife while surfing. Does anyone know how to show your hands and knives on these surf maps?

Its a plugin doing that its not a command you can use in comp, so its just community servers

I mean on a workshop map, custom game, where it’s offline solo by myself
