u have to set -untrusted in the start option.. or "Video capture" not game capture

Trusted Mode in CS:GO blocks third-party files from interacting with the game (action to try to decrease the cheaters).

How to Disable:
Right-click on CS:GO > Properties > General > Launch Options
Type "-allow_third_party_software" in the text box.

Your game capture should work now.

Yess, the "-untrusted" has been replaced by "-allow_third_party_software" (not "-allow_third_party_files") in 2020.07.23 path

I cant find the "Launch Options" , I rigth click on csgo , go to general , but there inst the Launch Options

You need to close the game and open it again.
Right click the OBS and select "Run as Administrator" too.

No, you can still play prime.
But your trust factor may be affected when starting CS:GO with trusted mode disabled.

Run obs as admin and record/stream with screen capture, if you play streched go to your setting and adjust your screen resolution to match the game resolution
