SDR connection problem in only one pc on network

Hi guys, I`m getting this errors in only one pc in my network, the others pcs connect normaly. This is the error:

Closing Steam Net Connection to (unknown), handle b416755f (2001 Matchmaking failed. We never heard from gameserver)

Network configuration: Failed
Cannot communicate with relays without network config.Router network: Dependency unavailable

Anyone can help?
I reinstalled steam and csgo, I delete all files including appcache and .steam directory.
Both pc`s use ubuntu 20.04.

i try use many clientports between pcs. And this instability in connection also affect steam itself

How can I set manualy another server. Acctualy steam using 'gru'. Remote host is in data center 'gru'

we played normaly a long time with same infrastructure and pc's. and this strage problem suddenly happen :/

Looks like network is not connected. But if internet is ok, some services may refuse to work if time and date is not set correctly.

I've checked date and time and its ok. the more strage thing is this problem happend suddenly and dont back. :(

This problems also happend when I open steam. I need to click several times in retry connection to open steam in online mode

Not yet, you mean change from stable to beta and back again. This in steam client or csgo?

Steam client. I mean switch, try to connect and switch back even if it will work. Maybe it will clean some config. I got update today. Maybe something broke while it was installed.

Gotcha!!! I just run "sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates" to reinstall certificates.

interesting that ssl was suddenly broken. It never happened to me (or I don't remember)
