They exist but are only usuable when sv_cheats 1 are enabled which isn't in matchmaking.

It is not possible to be in 3rd person in Matchmaking, you can only do it in servers with sv_cheats set to 1.

This was on a private server. Not matchmaking.

If you'd like to play 3rd person, you either have to cheat (which i strongly do not recommend) or go onto a private server enable ''sv_cheats 1" in your developers console and then go on with the desired commands
