you can try cl_mouselook 0 while also binding the commands +right, +left, +lookup, +lookdown to something like arrowkeys or numpad, remember to bind +attack, +attack2 to something aswell.
This isn't too useful without the commands like cl_yawspeed/cl_pitchspeed, so you'll be painfully trying to aim with high sensitivity.
This is only good for playing jokingly, which becomes unfunny after a minute because nobody plays like this for a reason, at least nobody does after quake 1.
