Honestly, Mortis feels like a Wildfire's placebo.
I don't like being looked at as a Death herself, which is the Mortis theme.

I'd go for Exoskeleton, and dependable on the budget, I'd think about the other ones aswell.

The absolutely amazing thing about Neo-Noir is, it is actually a collection of skins, and that if you catch a float value of X < 0.2, you're pretty much guaranteed, it'll have no scratches whatsoever.

both are nice compared to some older and more expensive awp skins if it helps your choice

Both suck. Exoskeleton will fall down temporarily. Mortis is ugly. Nicest awp skin is AWP Atheris but its bad as an investment (most oversupplied skin ever).
