Is it safe to leave Vanguard on while playing csgo?

I'm talking about Valorant's anti cheat engine vanguard. It's a hassle to quit the program as once i quit it, I'll have to restart my computer to launch it again. So I was wondering if it's safe to leave it open?

I heard reports about low framrate in csgo while vanguard is on so its up to you i guess

Vanguard is ALWAYS on. The Vanguard Driver is always watching you. You can do whatever you want on Windows, because the Drivers cannot be killed.

You can hard kill it with cmd but idk any commands to do that

to my knowledge it lets you disable it, but you have to restart PC and it won't run.

But you will have to restart PC to start it in order to play that slug fest of a game
