tier0.dll Crashes
Game was working fine, when all of a sudden it would randomly crash when loading maps for the first time. Didn't think much of it, just let it happen and reloaded the game with the same map when I wanted to play.

Now I can't play at all, whenever I try to load any map, it goes to ~50% and then just closes.
Event Viewer says:
Faulting application name: csgo.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x601dc4f7 Faulting module name: tier0.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x6008a1c9 Exception code: 0xc0000409 Fault offset: 0x00029114 Faulting process id: 0xd20 Faulting application start time: 0x01d7157f3fc7df6e Faulting application path: G:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo.exe Faulting module path: G:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\bin\tier0.dll Report Id: 91ce2f7b-f953-4589-9ff4-cb1437c116d8

From what I was able to find online, everyone is suggesting to reinstall the game, delete that dll and verify files etc. which didn't work for anyone, including me...
I've noticed that each time it crashes, and I try to verify files, 1 file is corrupt, and every time I try to launch the game after a crash, Steam is installing DirectX once again for whatever reason

Only option left I have so far is to try to reinstall Windows, which I'd rather not do as the process of installing everything I need back is so tedious that I'd rather just stop playing the game.

Does anyone have any ideas how this could be fixed, or has anyone experienced this before and fixed it?

Did you install anything else on your PC before this started to happen? Most likely some installation is conflicting with CS:GO files. You could try to roll windows back to a restore point before the issues started and see if that helps.

I don't have any restore points, nor do I remember installing something that could be conflicting at the time this started happening.
My only guess would be overlay software like RTSS (From MSI Afterburner, since I had some problems with them on other games) and stuff like that, but everything I have installed now I have from day 1 of this Windows installation

Well managed to fix it...
For some reason, turns out the AMD GPU Driver was broken, so I just installed the latest version, checked "Factory install" or whatever the checkbox was, and now everything is working fine.
