If one's initial shots miss very very often but hit recoil control is perfect and always on point there is a doubt cause one does not develop recoil control without developing the aim.
It's just not natural to play like that, adjusting while spray is happening is much harder than hitting the initial shot. If one consistently misses initial shots but spray always gets attracted by an enemy then it's a red flag. Cause it's not how you aim consistently. I am not talking about a single spray, nor a single shot.
in my eyes that's a red flag and worth the report, let them gather reports and send them to overwatch.
There is usually a pattern, no one's aim is just attracted by enemies no matter if they fast peek and prefire, wide peek, crouch, wide and crouch - no one is capable of guessing which one is going to happen at all times. And if adjust is always perfect no matter how people swing on them - that's a red flag.
Cause for example wide peek and crouch can throw people off quite a bit, when you suspect such thing try to mix it as much as possible, even buy SMG and jump peek them. Especially if you know how to control mid air and ♥♥♥♥, no one can follow that perfectly and consistently with a spray.
