Do playing a faceit competitive match get you rewards (xp, and rank xp)

I never played a match on faceit but everybody is saying use faceit.
But the thing is that counted as community competitive.
So for players that have ever played csgo faceit, did it still increase your skill group xp and xp like regular csgo matches do?

They think it's better than MM because of external anticheat, default basic ELO system,128tics and a few other stuff mostly copied on .... MM (like minerva is just a basic bot doing cooldown like MM, and they even have an overwatch system for griefing....)
