How To Stop Overthinking Mouse Grip?
***note - my hands are 20.5cm long and 10.5cm wide***
So, I have been facing this problem for the longest of time - I tend to overthink my mouse grip a lot while playing ANY game (I mainly play csgo though). It's been going on for over 2 years now and I just can't figure out how to stop thinking about it. I used the razer deathadder for over 2 years. I tried all grips styles -palm, claw and fingertip grip.

Palm grip felt very uncomfortable at first with the deathadder but I kinda got used to it after a month or two. Meanwhile during that time (around 2018), I started watching a lot of videos about various mouse grips and it got me very confused.

I switched to a fingertip grip immediately after hearing stuff like "fingertip grip gives you the most precision" etc. I forced myself to fingertip the deathadder for over a month but finally gave up, it didn't work out at all. Fingertip grip felt very out of control and loose for me. I switched back to the palm grip.

Right before 2019 hit, I stopped gaming for over a year till May of 2020. I started playing csgo again with my deathadder but this time a claw grip (back of palm rests on the back of the mouse). It felt very comfortable and I stopped overthinking my grip. But this didn't last long. I stopped gaming again.

Fast forward to December of 2020, I started playing csgo again and have been playing since. Claw grip still felt uncomfortable on the deathadder and so did other grips. I decided to finally switch mice. I researched a lot on the best claw grip mice there is out there and found the coolermaster mm710. By the looks of it on youtube, I fell in love with the shape (specifically the high hump on the back). I figured it would be perfect for a claw grip so I bought it a week back.

I'm still getting used to it. It felt very weird at first mainly due to the light weight (only 53 grams) but I'm getting used to it. I don't overthink my mouse grip as much anymore, but I still do overthink it. I really need some help regarding this issue. If there is a better suited mouse that is designed for claw grip and my hand size(20.5cm X 10.5cm), please let me know in the comments! Thank you for reading:)

You know, I have the problem, my natural grip is REALLY REALLY TILTED. But its stability its wonderfoul, i can do fast moviments, I realized it was tilted after 7 years. And now I cant aim straight and I have weakness aim on right and left now. I cant aim, i tried sswtiching to palm, and its somewhat stable, but lacks alot of stability and cant graip the whole mouse, maybe its my hand size. Honestly I wish there was a solution. My natural grip like a claw and fingertip combined., Had full power, but now that I realized its a problem i cant aim for ♥♥♥♥. and ive always had inconsistency on my aim, now that i try palmgrip im SO MUCH consistent in my games, but the grip feels vvery umcofortable 1 because it lacks alot of stability compared to my other grip, and 2nd i cant grip it its too small, but i try bigger ones and theire too big

Just hold your mouse normally. Grid does not matter
