Think of it this way: what is the purpose of buying MP7/MP5? Firepower! If you want high movement (run and gun), you better buy MP9 or Mac-10.

MP7 has higher recoil and lower spread, but has a slightly higher moving accuracy than the MP5-SD, which has a silencer, does same damage but has less recoil and spread while standing still. MP7 is more accurate at Long range while MP5 is best at close and mid range.

The MP7 is exceptionally strong in that category, with only the MAC-10 and some handguns having a smaller accuracy penalty from running.
