Friendly Firearms achievement not working
I've done all of the achievements except Friendly Firearms, but it doesn't unlock. I've done everything, sv_cheats 0, bots set to expert, etc. I've definitely have done this in competitive and casual, but even a single kill will count.

Practice with bots
Go CT get a Ak-47
Then bot_knive_only and kill
