Will my teammates know if I report them for any reason?

Hi guys!
I wanna know that will my teammates know if I report them for any reason that I reported them in game as for example when we report someone in game then the message shows that someone with the name has been reported so will my name shows if I report either my teammate or the enemy team that I'm the one who reported them to my teammates as well as my opponent team?

That's nice because I wanna report someone anonymously who is my friend for hacking!

I don't always report falsely as most of the time I report my teammates when they are toxic because I often play randomly and I have a high/green TF!
