how can i remove ct sleeves?

i've seen some videos that when youtubers or other ppl go in ct side , their character dosent have a sleeve , i really wanna know how to make my character like that too! any ideas?

You can use an agent without sleeve.

you cant. there is no sleeveless option unless you buy the character skin which doesnt have sleeves.
