If I do 0, I feel like I am more focused on headshots, and relying on muscle memory and hours spent in recoil masters to complete frags. But I also whiff spray due to losing track.

If I do 1, I feel like I am distracted by the laser, I try to adjust my spray so the laser will move to head, which is not accurate, my headshot percentage goes down, but I pretty much never whiff spray or lose spray battles in an embarrassing manner.

I've had good and bad game with either setting, I need some advice here

takes a bit of time getting used to having it off, you might need to turn it on from time to time until you feel comfortable with it

if u want more FPS '0' is better but in my opnion '1' is better to do a "spray" and see the bullet way

no, its still just preference. some people dont get distracted by the tracers, some do.
