i have 4gb ram and intel i3 but csgo lags at my pc pls help.

i3's aren't made for gaming, only for office workstations. And 4 gb ram is just half the amount you need as lowest requirements. Even windows 10 struggles to run with only 4gb of ram.

And we didn't even talk about your gpu.

You expect a 20 horse power car to rund 160 km/h. That's not realistic.

Even on an empty server this is not possible. Maybe when you look at the ground.

Edit: Btw. one of my working laptops (called gaming laptop) has a 7. gen i7 with a 960m and 8gb of ram and even tho I've way better hardware of the same generation and the experience to finetune fps I get less fps. That makes your post even far more unrealistic. This doesn't help the topic.

it might shorten battery life but has been shown to increase performance for csgo

and lets be honest if that is a laptop it is not worth enough to be worried about its battery unless it is used for more critical things

I agree with both of you. Yes. Always pluging in the charger will set the laptop in a more powerfull mode and thus increase the performance, but it will reduce the life span of the battery. Of course some laptops have an easy method to remove the battery so that would solve that issue.

But yes. That laptop has other issues than a potantial weak battery. That laptop is 7~ years old and was a low budged one aswell. Not meant to be a laptop for gaming.

umm i have intel hd graphics 630
and the minimum requirement of csgo is low so why??
