I have a problem - I bought a key for CS:GO (it's called the CS:GO Container Key), and in the description it says that it opens any box from Valve - but when I try to open a box with this key, I can't, even though I have a box. I don't know why this is happening, can you explain it to me?

All containers have specific keys, you have to buy the container which matches the key

that key in your inventory is for sticker capsules, not for weapon cases

The key you have in your inventory only opens the corresponding sticker capsules. When you try to open a box, the green button on the bottom will redirect you to buy the proper key.

you bought the capsule key, you can unbox sticker capsules only. to unbox your cs:go cases just simply right click to the case and hit open, then it will say you need a key which costs you x.xx$ when you click there you will be prompted to buy the key via steam overlay. and by the way you can refund that key.
