Is Keydrop a scam?

The site told me that i need 1$ to withdraw the skin , i had a skin with 3$ and i couldn't withdraw , or i need to add in site 1$? I didn't solve my own case , hope you can help me ;)

Only thing I know about keydrop is that people with VACbans on their account use to have the keydrop logo as their profile pic and in their name.

Keydrop is sponsorised by a lot of Youtbers/Streammers and i tryed it so see, i used my sec account for these kind of sites cuz i dont care about the secondary acc, than i saw the site si legit and REALLY send the items if you want to withdraw i continued using it
on the site sometimes there special events and there is a section called games, you can use youre money to open that cases and win some games, like me :)
