Also Getaway Sally also look like tomboy with male hands and male hips.

I think VALVE has hard time to put female with no body armor.
that's why CT side females can hide in male bodies with big heavy armor.

Is it because valve cant change body silhouette too much ?

Thankfully they are neither common nor popular. Most CSGO players either do not use agents or use gung ho ones like me.
