Request: Add CT models without sleeves

Add CT sided models without sleeves or jackets.

EDIT: Not having sleeves appear on the View Model.

I remember when I had my gloves Imperial Plaid. They looked so ugly on the CT's for Office. Looked like a winter jacket with mittens on. Lol
