INDIHOME - WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER

Hello everyone, I moved to Jakarta earlier this year and got Indihome. Everything was fine until about July 5th.
I am playing FACEIT on Asia servers. The ping has become 200 - 300 ms, before was 20 ms. I thought that technical support would quickly solve the problem after my contact. I received the following response to a description of the problem with reinforcing connection reports:
1. The latency is high because you are experiencing a longer route to reach Singapore Server via HK. Usually, we ask the customer to restart their device (ONT) in order to get another segment of IP address. Please noted in here that our Indihome service is dynamic IP allocation, not using the static one.
The Indihome now sends whole traffic to HK when it already reaches Singapore.
I have asked them to set up the routing correctly, but they think it works great. If someone has encountered a similar problem, please unsubscribe. If there are many appeals, they should turn on their ummah.

Hello k0ken ! Just ignore those reply there! They are not understand what were/are you experienced (ing) here... Don't worry... You are not alone... I also use Indihome and HAVE TO AGREE WITH YOU because Indihome became to the runner up of the worst internet provider in all of ASEAN! It happened around July and this September ( just like me with suddenly my ping rise when I had a shot the enemy... )... try to search the internet with keyword (without upper commas): "Indihome, the worst internet provider"
