Cannot create SDR connection to hosted dedicated server. Cannot connect to proxied gameserver steamid:90150068475750410 via steam datagram. We don't have an authorization ticket!

Did you get disconnected from a matchmaking game/PC restarted or lost internet?

This happened to my friend when his PC bluescreened and because he has a dynamic IP address, his IP changed when the PC restarted and was unable to rejoin the matchmaking because the IP address assigned to his slot in the server didn't match his current IP address.

my pc closed suddenly and it opened again. than i tried to connect again the match, i'm not connecting :(

That's definitely what happened then, your IP address changed when your computer restarted. You won't be able to reconnect unless you set your IP to static and know the correct IP address that was assigned to the slot in the server.
