is skin baron a scam

So I tried purchasing a skin from skin baron a while back but it didn't seem to work. I used a prepaid credit card to buy it but some admin always happen to stop me from buying it. and since i was not dumb enough to actually use my own main card i decided that i should ask other people who are possibly dumb enough to use their main card because some guy who is good at throwing nade's told em its legit. This decision is even dumber ;-;.

Skinbaron isnt a scam iam shopping there for a long time a bought a few pins and agents (55euro) to this account it sometimes glitches out or they just dont accept ur card
