HELP POST! Lag/ upon seeing enemies

hello everyone who is reading this post, recently i switched to a new laptop from my old one. the rig is alright and i can play higher end games at more than 60 fps. but in csgo, i have been noticing that whenever i take an aim duel, it feels as if the enemies are using speedhack. they appear in a flash and give me 3-4 hits while i can manage to get by only 1 hit. and even at times, i do manage to hit them first, i still end up getting a significant amount of damage from them. it appears that even before they start shooting, i shoot them and end up seeing that they have managed to give me more hits than i have in that period of time.
ping is always 50-70ms
no packetloss at all
sv var is 0.1
res is 4:3 stretched (1024 x 768)
ram is 16gb
have an ssd and cs is installed there
gpu is nvidia gtx1660 super 6gb
intel core i5 10th gen processor.
i use a low end gamer autoexec file downloaded from bananagamings page
and launch options are= -novid -nojoy -high +exec autoexec.cfg
fps is capped to 120
monitor refresh rate is 60 hz
cl_forcepreload is set to 1

rate settings are :
rate "786432"
cl_cmdrate "64"
cl_updaterate "64"
cl_interp_ratio "2"
cl_interp "0"
cl_lagcompensation "1"
cl_predict "1"
cl_predictweapons "1"
max acceptable traffic= unrestricted

sound settings are:
snd_mixahead "0.05"
snd_mix_async "1"
snd_stream "1"
i must mention that when i see an enemy and they are shooting i somtimes skip some sounds of firing from their side

and graphicswise texture streaming is enabled and multicore rendering is also enabled.

Try no launch options (like make it blank) and change in game video settings to low.

Also did you try playing csgo on default setting on new laptop before messing with the settings? (it sounds like you entered in console commands)

[also 'battery/power saver' settings on laptop can affect gameplay]
(whenever I'm gaming I take out me battery but READ YOUR MANUAL to see if thats safe)

well i didnt play it on default settings tbh i just messed out using the autoexec and other stuff. are you sure the default mode is gonna be good?
