A match was found but you failed to accept it

when i search for competitive match it shows confirming match and without giving me an accept button it says "A match was found but you failed to accept it"
Anybody having the same problem?

If the 'ACCEPT' button does not appear in CS:GO there are two possible causes; your max ping setting in Steam may be too high or you or someone you are playing with is running software that blocks ports or allows them to choose which servers to play on. Server-picking software must be disabled by all members of your party to alleviate this issue.

If the issue only occurs when queuing with other players, this is because someone in your lobby is running server-picking software. To play with these users everyone in your lobby will need to disable or remove similar software.

If you have removed the software, are solo queuing, and are still experiencing this issue, please follow the instructions below to decrease your max ping setting in Steam:
From the main Steam window please select 'Steam' in the upper left, select 'Settings', and go to the 'In-Game' tab.
Toward the bottom of this tab there should be an option labeled 'In-Game server browser: Max pings/minute'.
Click the drop down and select 250.
Once you have done this please re-test the issue. If this did not help, please try setting the following game launch option and re-test the issue: +clientport 27007

If the first launch option did not work, please remove it and try: +clientport 27006

How can i forcefuly deactivate software that picks servers? i have been suspecting im being directed to servers with hackers since a long time. Maybe i have installed a software unaware of it by installing a custom map?

Im still having this problem too. Just got CS yesterday but played for almost 1k hours in the past. Im not really sure how to fix this issue and have tried reinstalling and lowering my max ping. If you figured it out pls lmk
