Please disable kick option on CSGO

Please disable the option to kick for CS: GO at least until Gold Nova.
I am totally tired of children kicking for fun.

Come on, if I'm playing 1 against 4 and I can't kill everyone and win, I think the fault is the whole team, they can't blame me for not killing 4 in the first game when I kill 3 and die in a 1 vs 4 call me noob and kick me.

Please do something with the abuse of kicking.
Or add an option to report when they kick you for no reason.

Not going to happen.

Play with at lease 1 friend that will not press F1.

Kick abusers will get a cooldown themselves.

Winnign team never kick hakers on low leagues !!!
They are happy to win and get better rank!!!
his option is used only for "kick for fun or i don't like you!"

Let them learn to play first and on nova give them the optin to kick players

If you are being kicked off too often that means it's a problem with you, if you stay being kicked you will receive Cooldown and increase its time up to 7 Days, so stop being toxic and clear your mind while playing.

One thing you could do is to find 4 other players to play with, there are a lot of players searching for players in the community, there's even a forum for that, and Gold Nova is a common rank, you will find players easily.

How is benefiting ??
To be fair, the game is balanced on start.
Let's imagine scenario: (2 bad players 1 good 2 medium for example and in another team 5 medium players )

Now in team 1 they will kick bad players tell bot to hold position to reuse the bot later and walla... no balance anymore...

Also if the game is puting 1 bad player to balance the team becose there is few good players there is no reason to kick him... the game is balanced !!

It's ok if u kick people who is very toxic, insulting team, or cheating!! i agree !!

But the kick option in 95% is used for people who just whant to play!
A lot of times i was kicked becouse i told i don't speak russian just becouse i prefer english! (I was born in Russia and I speak perfect Russian but I have Spanish nationality and I live in Spain)

Let's leave kick option but lets ban people whi kick without reason then, llet people report kick with no reason! and if was confirmed kick user from games same as cheater!

The problem is that this kick option is not used correctly, and there is no penality for that!

For last 2 weeks for me was ok, today from 10 games kids kicked me from 8 in majority of cases is when there was no tiem to defuse or in 1 vs 4 i killed only 3 but bad AIM for number 4 ..!! directly called me noob and kicked... lol i they are pro why i play 1 vs 4 and lose killing 3 ?

Also tipical situation, no granads CT waiting you in position on B, one kid say JUST RUN TO CT all died you go B plant win... but... kicked you... you not rushed to die with them.... coll ....

I'm NEVER EVER toxic, I am ALWAYS the one who says calm team ... we can do it.
Even when my team says kick this one or the other because him is noob etc..., I always say that nobody is a bad one, the game is in a team and we are good only in team! Victory depends on the team!
Don't run die and blame the team!

Tipical situation ( low leagues silver 4 ) Rush B, rush B, everione just run and die no smokes no molotov no flashes just run and die.... then BLAME TEAM, no... i don't think is correct.

Kick only if cheater! or Toxic!!! Any other kick has to be considered as cheater and block this suer who abuse the cick option!

I speak in English, Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Italian, Ukrainian and understand Portuguese.
And honesly i hate to deal with 50% of russian people, for some reason they are the most toxic.

Some players would not play 1-2 day´s.( I know some that only play MM to troll and kick. They don´t play to win, they play to grief and when you take them the trolling-tool (votekick) there is no reason for them to play).
