Skinport.com stealing items?

ive never used any 3rd party websites and had a $1000 + inventory but my friends introduced me to skinport and literally all of our accounts got hacked and our items all got stolen. Ik valve does nothing about it but big youtubers like anomaly are promoting this site and it is just scamming its users.

You did something wrong. Either you went to wrong website, your friend scammed you or you got hacked by someone else and its just a coincidence you went to skinport about the same time. Or they used some other scam method i dont know.

I wish brother but I fear it was a data leak on the site because my registration email for skinport was sent 1 min before my steam send me the email saying steam guard was registered on a new device. Simply by putting my code into the site it got stolen so idk if it was a pop up on the site or not

There is NO data leak anywhere.

You logged into a phishing site with your steam credentials. Do you get it? It's YOUR fault.

can you attach a screenshot of your received/sent offers? maybe it will be more clear that way.

just do this and we all will see if it was really stolen from that page or if you got api phised

U didnt get hacked by skinport. Still you should not directly login in to any site with your steam account. Always go to steamcommunity.com and login to steam and then login with your account to the site. If a site still wants you to enter password and username even after u went to steamcommunity.com and logged in first it means it is a scam.

Because of this. You've just told us, why they'd do it.
The reason would be, nobody would ever blame them nor believe it!

Sure, talk however you do want about third party websites, but every single third party website does scam a few users every once in a while, just so they do get some cut for their services, or how shall I call it.

There's no proof of that, because every single user talking alike that has been always silenced by the community with responses alike yours.
As for the proof... Do you need more than your own brain, understanding how does this work, and how easy it is to do it and then wave with a hand by claiming, I've done nothing?

I don't use any websites but I believe you put your credit card info in there??? Idk, I don't care about any advertised websites. If you do use ur credit card, why wouldn't they steal from there? Again idk if they do that
