Do i get prime if i share csgo?

Say I have 2 accounts: One of my accounts has CS:GO with prime matchmaking, meaning I bought the game for $25 way back when. I'm automatically given prime matchmaking despite my player rank.

I have another account without CS:GO. Say I share CS:GO with this other account using the Steam Family Sharing option provided on my desktop, so this 2nd account has access to all the games in the 1st account.

Will the 2nd account get prime matchmaking as well? Or does that new 2nd account need to buy prime matchmaking on it's own, despite the game being shared was bought with prime included.

Some games you can not share anymore. CS:GO became one of them. Probably to help reduce cheating.
