But Chinese hacker will not pay for the VPN, if they wanna cheat ,they can cheat on free Chinese server ,we hate hackers too ,and worldwide server is clear than China server, so some "healthy"Chinese plays will pay for VPN and play on the worldwide server.

I saw a team full of chinese with (this user has not set up their steam account thing), fake service medals, pins, operation medals blatantly cheating that makes my team surrender at 10-0. And i tell them just play on Perfect World server.

Perfect World requires 3rd party payment using Zhifubao, a PRC phone number also required. But I do receive complaints that hackers still exist on Perfect World, and it's full of mic spams......I don't really care lol. Anyway Chinese players like to switch between Perfect World and International servers.
Hackers exists in every race, only more on less. These few days I keep meeting HKse and Taiwanese suspected of using hack in DM...

If they got VAC in perfect world they won't go prime forever because they will no longer be accepted because their government ID is blacklisted, so they just cheat in normal MM servers with free VPN invading nearby regions with 100-200 ping.

Seems both go together with trust factor indeed. Isn't it funny that each time I check a steam account of a guy complaining about a bad experience, I see a lot of swearing/light racisme/trolling/light griefing ?

Low Priority Queue in CS:GO will work for sure.

since it is very very effective in dota 2 some more.

Kinda Ironic, when this so called Taiwanese you mentioned happened to use simplified Chinese instead of Traditional Chinese for me. And Cheaters exist around the world alright, just that China would have a big amount of cheaters due to it's population.
