Discord Overlay not showing

My discord overlay is not showing when playing CSGO.
It's so frustrating because i need to know who is talking while we're playing on competitive match.

The other games seems to be fine, the in game overlay is working correctly but not with CSGO.

I've searched for the fix in the internet and nothing seems to work.
I have my In-Game overlay settings enabled in Discord, both in game activity and overlay settings.
I tried setting up the overlay hotkeys several times and it doesn't seem to be working.
I tried running discord as administrator
I tried disabling my antivirus, firewall and windows defender
I tried disabling discord hardware accelerator
And I have reinstalled discord 2 times, of course updating it too.
I have reinstalled CSGO once and verify the integrity of game files a lot
I reset the CSGO config too.

Yet, the problem still persist.

The overlay was working fine back in 2020 before the Trust Launch update.
My friends don't have this issue.

-allow_third_party_software

and use fullscreen windowed, it fixed the issue

use allow -allow_third_party_software with fullscreen windowed

Seems like everybody else now has this issue too.
Turns out CSGO has fully blocked any third party software for everyone

No chance for VAC, but trustfactor will suffer :)

only works if u have 16:9 / fullscreen windowed, and "-allow_third_party_software" activated
