bind <key> [command] : attach a command to a key

i trying to use that command and it didn't work maybe you know why

bind "]" "bind mwheelup +jump; bind mwheeldown use weapon_knife; use weapon_incgrenade; use weapon_molotov"

strange because i use this bind and that one is working
bind "[" "bind mwheelup +attack; bind mwheeldown +attack"

nah Am sure it not valid key

bind "w" "+forward;r_cleardecals 1";
turns out I needed to add a 1 at the back of the r_cleardecals to make it work
