Competitive cooldown for kicking too many players.

TLDR
I GOT 7 DAY COOLDOWN FOR KICKING TOO MANY PLAYERS AND I WANT TO KNOW THE LOGIC BEHIND THAT.
Today i got my first cooldown for kicking people. A few days ago, i was getting vac error and getting kicked out of my competitive matches. I tried everything and nothing was working until i reinstalled my windows. I was abandoning quite a few matches because of that error and got 7 day ban. Now, i got yet another really bad russian player, who was at max, 13 years old, no idea how he gets to LE ranks. He was trolling, flashing us, even killed me, so we all decided to kick him. After the game, i got the message that ive been banned for kicking too many players. And because of me abandoning games, i got 7 day ban again.
So my question is, why do you get cooldown for kicking people? He was really bothering all of us and loosing rounds on purpose. Why does kicking toxic players punish normal players? + i wasnt the one who started the vote. I guess what i want by writing this is to get an explanation, how does this work, maybe someone knows.

Poor fella wanted to play the game, you took away his ability to enjoy the match, csgo mm took your ability to play for a week. Next time you see "bad" csgo player, think twice before pressing f1.

Congratulations to Valve! I am glad to see that Valve is proactive fighting the unfair and abusive vote off feature.

I think none of you read the whole thing.
1. How is he trying to enjoy the game by trolling us, throwing away bomb in dumb places, flashing us, HE EVEN KILLED ME FOR NO REASON. So i got trolled, killed and recieved 7 day ban for abusing the poor kid. he really wasnt a ''bad'' player that had a bad day. he did everything on purpose. Proper textbook trolling.

And like i said, i got cooldowns for completely different reason. I got the VAC error, didnt have enough time to fix it and got cooldown. And no, im not using cheats or any other programms that valve doesnt allow. I Fixed it only after a fresh windows install.

And i have never seen somebody abusing the system. There has to be a reason that 4 other, non related people want to kick you. Its not a one person decision. the only few times ive got kicked is when im playing with 4 other russian people and they kick me at the last round after i have carried them to 15 rounds.

No idea, i have probably kicked a few. But my last 10 or so wins are with my premade team. But yes, i have kicked people before. This week, maybe 2 or 3. And i still think its deserving. How is someone like him deserving of our win when he hasnt done a single good thing in the whole match, and not because he had bad score or something, because he blocks, kills and fullflashes you.

yes, ive had that aswell. but in this game i went solo, we didnt kick him because he didnt communicate or was playing badly. I have never kicked a person because of his score or having no mic

You don't know how the cooldown system works. That's all.

You had a 7days Cooldown for abandoning a match, then you jump straight into MM again, and start to vote to kick people. You are not allowed to break any competitive rule, for at least the next five weeks. Stop looking at F1 key; and also don't get kicked yourself.

Seems like you didnt read it aswell. I fully understand why my ban is 7 days and why i got it. I just want to know, why normal people get punished for kicking people like the one i kicked. Where is the logic that i get punished in game, by having a toxic teammate, then kicking him, and then getting punished again for kicking him. I guess i just think that this was really unfair and the system needs improvements. For example, i bet this kid does get kicked quite a few times. So maybe he should be flagged and if i kick him again, its not my fault, its his, why punish me because he was trolling. And i know u can get cooldown for getting kicked too many times, but still, i think there should be some improvements. This kid gets to ruin my game and give me 7 day cooldown.

its a feature that shouldnt be abused. when it is its justified to be punished for doing so.

you didnt just get the cooldown for that kick though. what do you think is unfair?
